Parduc® C2-M25 Calibration part

Calibration part to adjust Parduc® M25 and Wissota skate holder height and angle on basic setting.

How to use the tool:

-Disconnect the machine from the power outlet

-Set the calibration tool on sharpening wheel. Tighten the two fastening screws by hand, not with any tool! 

-Set skate blade on skate holder.

-Compare the skate blade height on both ends to calibration part shoulder, adjust holder height if needed.

-Adjust the holder angle by attaching the magnetic pointer on blade. Compare the alignment of the pointer with the calibration part. Adjust holder angle so that the two components are parallel to each other.

-Remove the pointer and calibration part.

-Perform test sharpening and fine tune the holder if needed
