Parduc® Spinner Cookie 3 spinner unit

Parduc Spinner Cookie 3 is a spinner holder manufactured in Lahti, Finland, for Parduc M25 and M25SC skate sharpening machines.

The Spinner Cookie 3 allows three different spinners to be used with the sharpening machine. The machine can also be equipped with a diamond dressing tool for shaping the grinding wheel at the same time.

The Spinner Cookie 3 is aligned parallel to the grinding wheel using three spring-loaded thumb nuts. A 3 mm thick alignment plate, positioned along the centerline of the spinners, makes it easier to align the Spinner Cookie 3 with your sharpening machine and the skate blade.

• The grinding wheel is dressed by gently bringing the spinner into contact with the rotating wheel.
• The spinner shapes the grinding wheel to the desired sharpening radius or profile.
• When using the spinner unit, the direction of rotation of the grinding wheel must be taken into account.
• The unit must be operated so that the rotation of the grinding wheel tightens the spinner mounting screw rather than loosening it.
