Skate sharpening machines that use ceramic grinding wheels always require wheel dressing. In some machines, dressing is done with a diamond dresser, while in others it is performed using a rotating spinner (profiling wheel). • Diamond dressers for shaping ceramic wheels, available with fixed or replaceable tips. Ceramic wheels are dressed to the desired sharpening radius before the first sharpening, and profiling is repeated as the wheel wears
• Replaceable diamond heads. You can use the same type of diamond head for all diamond dressers. When the diamond head wears out, it's only needs to be replaced—not the entire tool. Saving costs in regular use
• Diamond wheel cleaning stone, which quickly and effectively removes metal dust and debris from the wheel. Using a cleaning stone helps maintain optimal performance. Use only when necessary to avoid unnecessary wear
• Sharpening kits – essential products conveniently packaged for the start of the season. Kits may include, for example, a diamond dresser with a synthetic diamond head, sharpening wheels, an adapter ring, a diamond file, and sharpening wax.
