Products are normally ordered from the web shop www.parduc.com, using the shopping cart.
Products on the web shop are sold by MTP International Oy, VAT-code FI21719997. We are selling our products to consumers and companies around the world.
Product prices showing on the web shop normally are including Finnish VAT. Rights for changing the prices and shipment costs reserved.
All orders are confirmed by e-mail
You must fill your e-mail address during the ordering process, in order to receive the confirmation by e-mail. From the e-mail You will see:
-Order reference code
-Our contact informations
-Amount of the order in euros
When ordering, the customer accepts the currently valid delivery terms.
Registered users can check the content of each order from the user account page on our website.
Products and delivery costs are paid during the ordering.
In our webshop you can use the following payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspanki, Säästöpanki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and credit cards. Payment will be delivered by Paytrail Oyj.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.

Shipping & Delivery
We will normally ship your products within 1-3 days, Monday through Friday. Normally, all orders made before 11:45 AM, will be sent on the same day. Abnormal delivery times will be informed on parduc.com website.
Packing and shipping costs are included to our delivery costs. You can see your estimated delivery costs from the shopping cart, after you have filled the delivery address and selected the desired payment option.
Exchange and Return Policies
The customer has a 14 days return or exchange right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Return Policy applies only to original package, unused and marketable products.
Include the following information in the return package:
customer number, name, address and phone number, bank account, a copy of the order confirmation from greenattachments.com
All exchanges or returns must be agreed upon on an individual basis by an email from customer service. Customer service will provide further instructions on the return address and the return message.

We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery. Once the return is accepted, the money will be refunded to you after the return receipt and processing is completed.
Transportation problems and defective products
If the product is lost during transportation, or the client receives the wrong product, kindly send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Notification of wrong delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in transport, a complaint must be made to the transport service company.
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer should check on the new terms on our web page before ordering.
